Since his admission to the bar, John M. Collins has continuously endeavored in both trial and appellate work, covering areas that include:

• Premise Liability
• Construction Accidents

Before joining CM, John amassed over ten years in experience as a prosecutor and three and one-half years as a Principal Law Clerk for an Acting Supreme Court Justice. Additionally, he has tried cases in New York as well as in New Jersey.

Aside from the law, he remains an active member of the Eastchester Irish American Social Club and is a founding member of the Eastchester 5K.
