Experience:
Christopher C. Mauro practices in a wide variety of legal areas and regularly litigates complex matters in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. He specializes in the following areas of law:

- Catastrophic Commercial Automobile and Trucking Accidents
- Products Liability
- Construction/Labor Law
- Construction Defect
Before forming CMM, Mr. Mauro was a partner at a mid-size litigation firm with offices in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Mauro also served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Westchester County District Attorney's Office. As an ADA, Mr. Mauro handled trials and appeals in a diversity of cases ranging in severity from misdemeanors to felonies.
Mr. Mauro began his career as a Law Clerk to New Jersey Superior Court Judge James G. Troiano, Law Division, Essex County.
Professional Activities:
Mr. Mauro has been elected to the membership of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM) and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Mauro was also appointed to the Insurance Defense Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association for the 2018-2019 term. The Insurance Defense Committee is dedicated to discussing issues of importance to the insurance defense bar and the committee will be asked to provide comments to the NJSBA Board on pending legislation, potential amicus curiae matters, proposed court rules and any other matter affecting insurance defense.
