Xochitl Xique v. Infinity of Florida LLC, Oren Amber, Hristo Hristov, and Atanas Hristov.

This action was based upon an accident involving a vehicle alleged to be registered to Infinity of Florida LLC. James Walsh successfully moved to dismiss this action against our client, Infinity of Florida LLC., arguing that the plaintiff could not establish personal jurisdiction over our client. The Court agreed with Mr. Walsh and held that it could not exercise jurisdiction over Infinity of Florida, LLC. and therefore plaintiff could not proceed with this lawsuit against Infinity of Florida, LLC. in the State of New York
