Rivera v. Meadowbrook Farms et. al.
Plaintiff was killed when his bicycle came into contact with a commercial truck on Barry Street in the Bronx. Plaintiff alleged that our client, Meadowbrook Farms, was negligent for leaving a tractor trailer double parked in front of service station on the corner of Barry street awaiting repairs, thereby obstructing the vision of passing drivers. Suzanne Lodge successfully argued that there was insufficient evidence that our client’s conduct was a proximate cause of the accident.
