Lisak v. Dakh et. al
In Lisak v. Dakh et. al., plaintiff suffered neck and back injuries stemming from a motor vehicle accident with the defendants. CMM successfully arguing that plaintiff’s injuries failed to meet the “serious injury threshold” as defined by Section 5102(d) of the Insurance Law of the State of New York.
