Jones v. Lehr Construction
In Jones v. Lehr Construction, plaintiff was installing ductwork when one side came loose and struck plaintiff in the upper left portion of his body. Kathleen M. Mulholland successfully obtained a verdict of 100% liability against our co-defendant during liability phase of trial and after Labor Law §240 had been assessed against our client. Thereafter, Ms. Mulholland prevailed on her post-trial motion for indemnification and recovered past attorney’s fees. Co-defendant ultimately settled with plaintiff for $1,250,000.
